What opportunities does Internet-Helper provide?

Internet-Helper is the service that provides you the opportunity to view information about your contract and personal account, as well as to manage data: change service statuses, a tariff plan, order gifts in exchange of bonuses, etc.

What kind of information can be viewed?

Your level of access to the service defines what kind of financial information relating to your contract and personal account can be viewed (data relating to package services, calls, current balance, amounts of bills and payments entered within the last 6 months). You can also view contract status history, bonus history (granting and writing off). Subscribers with 1st access level – “Administrators” – can view the following kind of information related to the personal account:

    • Registered address
    • Bill delivery address
    • Contact details (contact person, contact fixed-line number, contact mobile number, fax, e-mail address)
    • Data on package services for all contracts registered with a personal account
    • Statuses of services of all contracts registered with a personal account
    • Call details for those contracts, for which Detailed Bill service is activated
    • Information about payments for the latest six months
    • History of bonuses granted and written off
    • Billing information for the latest six months
    • Information about available special offers

Subscribers assigned 2nd or 3rd access level – “Users” - can view their contract information:

    • contract number
    • contract status: active, suspended
    • contract activation date
    • number of active status days
    • tariff plan;
    • balance of package minutes
    • whether an additional agreement has been executed, its expiration date
    • РUK-1 and PUK-2 security codes;
    • phone, data transmission and fax numbers.

and account-related information:

    • personal account number
    • holder name (individuals), holder organization name (legal entities)
    • contact information (contact person, contact fixed-line number, contact mobile number, fax, e-mail address)
    • balance

What kind of data can be managed?

Your access level defines the opportunities to manage contracts and a personal account. Users with 1st access level“Administrators” – can view and manage personal-account-related data:

  • Edit registered address
  • Registered address can be edited through “Subscriber Details” menu option. Click “Edit”. Enter your details in the relevant fields of the application form. After the fields are filled, click “Save” to confirm the entered information. To return back to your details, click “Back”.

  • Block contracts registered on a personal account
  • In order to block your contract, enter “Contract Details” menu option and click “Block”. In order to block one or more contracts registered on your personal account, enter “Contract Management”, menu option, “Contract Blocking” feature. Select one or several contracts from the list, indicate the reason of blocking them and confirm your selection.

  • Change current tariff plan
  • To change your tariff plan, open “Contract Information” menu option, and click “Change tariff plan” in the offered form. Once you select an accessible tariff plan, confirm your selection. In order to change tariff plan of any contract registered on your personal account, open “Contract Management” menu option, and click “Change tariff plan”. Select one or several contracts from the list, select new tariff plans and confirm your selection.

  • Activate/deactivate services under a contract
  • You can activate services for a certain contract registered on your personal account. Use “Service Management” menu option and select “Service Activation”. In this option you can select one contract you desire to activate services for. Then, you can select the services you would like to make active and confirm your selection. Deactivation steps are the same as activation steps, just use the “Service Deactivation” menu.

  • Activate/deactivate services under contracts
  • To activate the service on one or several contracts registered on your personal account, use “Service Management” menu option, select “Service Activation”. In this menu option select in the service list one service, which you would like to activate for the list of contracts registered on your personal account. Then, select contracts to activate the desirable services for, and confirm your selection. Use “Service Deactivation” menu and follow the same steps as above to deactivate services for several contracts.

  • Change “Your Helpers” service status and rights of access to this service
  • You can change the rights of access for any contract registered on your personal account in the “Access Rights” menu. In the list of contracts tick the contracts, which access level you would like to modify. In order to change your access rights, select “Edit my access level”, then select a desirable level and confirm your selection. To change the service status for one or several contracts registered on your personal account, select “Self-Service status management”, tick contracts, for which you would like to change status, access level and confirm your selection.

  • Order gifts under “MTS Bonus” program
  • In the menu option “MTS Bonus”, you can order a gift from the gift list which cost is equal to the amount of your accumulated bonuses, unless it is subject to an additional agreement. To order a gift, use “MTS Bonus” menu option and considering the amount of bonuses on your account choose a gift and confirm your selection.

  • Fill an application for replacement of SIM card, new equipment, new connection
  • See “Additional Opportunities for Corporate Subscribers” section

  • Manage a Corporate Network
  • See “Additional Opportunities for Corporate Subscribers” section

  • NEW! “Personal Accounts Management”
  • If you manage several subaccounts, you will have access to “Personal Account Management” option in the main menu. This page contains information about all your subaccounts. The list of subaccounts is displayed in the form of a table with the following fields:
    - name;
    - subaccount No.
    You can select one or several subaccounts from the table to further work with them in the following menu options: “Finance”, “Contract Management”, “Service Management”, and “My МТS”

  • NEW! Field Management option has been added. You can use it for adding the fields to the tables on “Contract Management” and “Service Management” menu pages
  • To this end, click on the link “Adjust the column list” and add the fields you need to further operate the service.

    Subscribers with 2nd access level – “Users” - can manage their contracts:

  • Block your contract
  • To block your contract, use “Contract Details” menu option and click “Block”.

  • Change tariff plan
  • To change your tariff plan, use “Contract Details” menu option and click “Change tariff plan” button. Once you have selected the available tariff plan, confirm your selection.

  • Activate/deactivate services under your contract
  • You can change status of the services under your contract. To this end, use “Service Management” menu option and select a desirable option (“Service Activation” or “Service Deactivation”), tick the desirable services in the list and change their statuses.

  • Manage “My Family” service parameters
  • To manage “My Family” service parameters, use “Contract Details” menu and press “Service Status” button, select “My Family” in the service list and click on it. You will see the window with the fields where you are supposed to enter and edit Family numbers. Enter a new number and confirm it by pressing “Save” button. The new number will become active in 15-20 minutes after your request. To call the entered Family number at a special rate, dial its short number, for instance, 7771 or 7772.

    Subscribers with 3rd access level – “Users” – can:

  • Manage “My Family” service parameters
  • To manage “My Family” service parameters, use “Contract Details” menu and press “Service Status” button, select “My Family” in the service list and click on it. You will see the window with the fields to enter and edit Family numbers. Enter a new number into the cell and confirm it by pressing “Save”. The new number will become active in 15-20 minutes after your request. To call the entered Family number at a special rate, dial its short number, for instance, 7771 or 7772.


    What additional opportunities are offered to Corporate Clients?


    Courier Delivery

    A user with the 1st access level enjoys the opportunity to order replacement of SIM card, new equipment in exchange of bonuses, new connection with the help of “Courier Delivery” service indicating the place and date of delivery. An ordering feature will be enabled after an additional agreement for the use of “Courier Delivery” service is approved. If you entered into such an agreement previously and it is effective, you need contact Service Center for corporate clients by number 044 240 00 01 or 050 462 00 01 to activate Courier delivery service in Internet Helper. If you have not signed an additional agreement for the use of “Courier Delivery” service yet, sign an Additional agreement on Courier delivery service and transfer the original to personal manager, responsible for the maintenance of your company.

    An order delivery date is set by you while filling an order form. Delivery is possible within 2 business days.

    How can I get login?

    If you are our GSM client, your phone number in the following format: 50 ХХХ ХХ ХХ or 95 ХХХ ХХ ХХ is your login. If you are our CDMA client, your contract number in the following format: ХХХ ХХ ХХ is your login.

    How can I get a password?

    If you are our GSM client seeking to get a password, send an SMS message with the command “81” to 110. An initial password to the system remains valid for 30 minutes. If you are our CDMA client, you are to fill out a relevant application form indicating in its fields your contract number, PUK1, password, confirm a password, e-mail address. After that, the system will send a message containing an activation code and a link to Internet Helper page to your e-mail address you have indicated. Activate the link and you will enter the page containing confirmation that your account has been enabled. Then, on the system homepage, you are to enter your contract number, which is a login to the system, and a system access password you have indicated in the application form.

    What should a password look like?

    Your password should contain at least 8 characters. To the end of ensuring security, your password should contain minimum 1 capital letter, 1 small letter, 1 numerical or non-alphabetic character. The password may not contain 5 or more identical characters.

    For example: QUAlity# or HelperNo1

    Is it necessary to change a password?

    Replacement of an initial password once you first login is mandatory. A password assigned by a user shall be valid during indefinite period.

    Password Recovery

    If you are our GSM client, send an SMS message with the command “81” to 110 to be granted a new password. The password to the system remains valid for 30 minutes. Within this period you are to enter the system and change the password. If you are our CDMA client seeking to get a new password, you are to fill out a relevant application form for a new password indicating in its fields your contract number in the field “contract number”. After that, you will get a message containing a new password to your e-mail address you indicated on registration.
